Black Pudding and Clapshot
In this video, Paula serves black pudding topped with onions and mustard seed juices. It is served with clapshot, which is made by combining turnip (neeps) with potatoes.

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the sliced black pudding, onion and butter.
- Cook until the onion is soft.
- Turn the black pudding and cook the other side.
- Add the soaked mustard seeds and liquid to the pan. Heat through.

Method
Mix the potatoes and turnip together and roughly mash. Add the butter and black pepper to taste.
