Courses and Events
The Ulster-Scots Agency organises community events and from time to time courses relating to Ulster-Scots culture and heritage. We work closely with colleagues in the Ulster-Scots Community Network and community organisations. Examples of this work have been included in this section.
Transatlantic Connections Moodle Course
In autumn 2019 the Ulster-Scots Agency offered a 6 week course called ‘Transatlantic Connections’ to learners in Maine and Ulster. Almost 40 learners took part in the courses delivered in Maine and in Ulster. The Ulster-Scots Agency’s online learning platform was used to share resources and allow the course participants to engage with each other.
